Precision Media Blast

The portable Soft King by Clemco turns lightweight, non-agressive blast media (such as baking soda, stone powder, and corn cob) into a powerful, efficient cleaning force. Contractors use the Soft King to strip paint from cars and trucks, clean grease and dirt from industrial valves, and remove grime from stainless stell tanks and food processing equipment. Fill the versatile Soft King with dry media, and blast dry, or turn on its built-in injector pump to suppress dust with water.

Schmidt M-21 Multi-Media Blaster

The M-21 is a mid size blaster that has wide range of capabilities. From cleaning surface grease and oil to striping rust or paint, the M-21 can achieve any surface profile. Its controls are so precise that it is able to remove paint from a light bulb. The M-21 has a greater weight distribution for easier handling and an overall height of 43" which allows for easier filling. Our newly engineered chassis makes accessing the Thompson Valve ® II a breeze.

Wet Technologies

Texas Airsonics' AJM differs from conventional sandblasting in that the abrasive is much finer, the nozzles much smaller, and the process parameters are precisely controlled, thereby ensuring the utmost precision in cutting action. AJM can be used to process hard, brittle materials (germanium, silicon, mica, glass, ceramic, Nitinol, etc.) in a large variety of applications ranging from cutting to cleaning. The process is inherently free from chatter, vibration, and heat problems because the tool never touches the substrate.
